A new law proposal called The Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act (COICA) is currently being pushed in the USA. This new law would bypass appropriate due process and allow for Government seizures of Domain Names of websites that they (or those lobbying them) determine violate copyright and blacklist the said website.
