On June 17, 2011 I wrote an article about John Henry Pepper and the Peppers Ghost effect. For a long time I’ve known about a book that John wrote describing this cool effect (The true history of Pepper’s Ghost : And all about Metempsychosis) written in 1890.
Well I’m happy to announce that I have finally found this book, I have posted a link to a PDF copy I really hope you enjoy it.

“Pepper’s ghost” is an illusionary technique by which a mirror and a piece of glass are used to create the appearance of ghostlike figures or objects, which can seem, to the viewer, to appear and disappear, or to spontaneous change shape. According to MUFON, the Mutual UFO Network, if you have a close encounter with an unidentified flying object, there are ten things that you should do to make the most of the experience.
1. REMAIN CALM, but protect yourself from any hazards real or perceived.
2. Be objective. Not every UFO is extraterrestrial.
3. Use a camcorder or camera to record the event.
4. If you have a tape recorder, record your description of the event as it happens.
5. If other witnesses are present ask them to also write or record their observations.
6. If the UFO left some trace of its presence behind do not disturb the area around it.
7. If the sighting is from a distance, at an arms length, what would it take to cover up the object? A Quarter? A Penny?
8. Try to judge the distance from you to the object, the objects altitude, and its speed.
9. Should you encounter some type extraterrestrial being associated with the craft be prepared to take evasive action to protect yourself.
10. Immediately report the event to a UFO research organization.
A conspiracy theory is a fringe theory which explains a historical or current event as the result of a secret plot by exceptionally powerful and cunning conspirators to achieve a malevolent end.
Despite claims made regarding my belief in Conspiracies I really don’t easly subscribe to what I hear about them, I’m not a conspiracy theorists, I like to call myself a conspiracy enthusiast, I enjoy hearing about various theories, I find it entertaining and fun, topics like: Area 51, the Roswell Crash, The Moon Landing Hoax, The Betty and Barney Hill Alien Abduction, and the JFK Assassination and various others.
There is obviously some truth to the general story, but in order to fill in blanks or inconsistencies, theorists will come up with some of the weirdest and most fascinating ideas.
I believe that if anyone is interested in writing a book, hang out with those guys, they will give you thousands of plots and stories that you can easily adapt into a book.

Don’t Step Into The Trap, Conspiracies Are Full Of Crap.
It’s not often that the planets align for people, but this week there are four planets that will align for everyone.
Saturn, Earth, Mercury, Venus, Mars and Jupiter. You won’t need any special equipment, but a good pair of binoculars will help, and you will have to be up early, about an hour before sunrise. find an unobstructed view of the eastern horizon and enjoy our universe.
The brightest planet will be Venus (which is the most widely reported UFO) The second brightest will be Jupiter.
What will be the effects of this alignment? Are we now experiencing gravitational forces? Could the recent rise and strength of these recent storms and tornadoes a result of this coming alignment?
The claim is that these videos show an alleged UFO crash with alien bodies strewn about and a captured alien. The first video shows a recording of a gray, under what I guess is US detainment. The second clip is of a UFO filmed from the ground and from an airplane; this clip ends with the crashed UFO and the bodies of the grays being filmed and examined. The quality of the videos is what you expect to see from technology that is a few decades old.
And both videos look really cool!
I often encounter a smell from some location and it suddenly brings images or feelings with it. It is usually more difficult to fully recall where these memories are from and the circumstances surrounding them, but I can gather bits and pieces. It is interesting to note that olfactory memory is usually linked to a certain subjective "feeling".
The term involves the interaction of the senses and the memory, and the ways in which certain sensory stimuli can trigger memories. People may also evoke the concept of sense memory in the context of an acting technique known as affective memory, in which actors attempt to use their senses to put themselves into the mindset of their characters.
The senses of touch, hearing, sight, and taste can also play a role in sense memory, although these senses are not as directly as involved as the sense of smell. If you close your eyes for a moment, you may be able to visualize in your mind the inside of your kitchen, remember what it feels like to pet an animal, evoke the taste of a piece of fruit, or recall a particular chord in a favorite song. In these cases, the sensational experience is stored in the mind along with the memory of the event.
If you are interested in learning how to improve your memory, do an online search for “mnemonic techniques”. There are also various book resources that may be available at your local bookstore or library. Some of these techniques improve your sense memory and ability to relate senses to past experience that you’d like to recall more fully. Most of these will also aid you in recalling present events or facts which you would like to retain well into the future for usage.
New Mexico botanist says unusual plant has an out-of-this world connection to New Mexico. David Salman said he was on a seed hunting trip near Roswell when he noticed a faint glow coming from what appeared to be a meteor crater. He said it turned out the light was coming from a small patch of carnivorous cacti. Salman said he found a cactus that eats bugs, glows and probably came to earth on a meteor. He says he scooped up some samples to see if someone could identify them, so far no one has been able to.
Scientists fear that one day a meteor, crashing into the Earth, might harbor a potential alien virus which humans have no natural immunity against. The Andromeda Strain scenario is a real potential threat to the planet. In 2007, people in a remote village in Peru said they saw mysterious lights in the sky and a fireball. A crater near the village appeared from nowhere, and then a disease spread like the plague through the locals. 200 people in the village fell ill. The Health Minister blamed the mysterious illness on the meteorite. The incident has echoes of The Andromeda Strain – the Michael Crichton sci-fi thriller in which a crashed satellite brings an extra-terrestrial plague to the Earth that wipes out all life on the planet.
